Conflict Management at Work

This teaching resource is a turnkey collection of 25 mini-lessons that require about 10 minutes each to complete. After students complete the lesson series, they will be prepared to apply what they have learned by using 36 workplace scenarios (also included) to practice the conflict resolution process. Conflict is a normal part of every human relationship and, therefore, very much a part of the workplace. When conflict is managed effectively, it can lead to positive morale, creative problem-solving, innovation, teamwork and greater appreciation for diversity. These positive outcomes contribute to a healthy and productive environment. This resource will provide students with the knowledge and skills to more effectively manage conflict in their personal lives, as well as in the workplace.
